Our Mission
Behind every immigration matter is a person, a family, and a future. That is where our work begins.
Salvera Immigration was built around the values reflected in our name, inspired by the Latin word salvāre - to save, protect, and safeguard. These principles shape the way we approach our work: with careful preparation, clear advice, and personal attention to every client and every matter.
Our mission is to provide professional immigration representation that is thorough, thoughtful, and responsive to each client’s circumstances. We take the time to understand the facts, identify the issues that matter, and prepare each case with the care it deserves.
Our work includes Family Sponsorship, Refugee Protection, Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications, Immigration Appeals, Admissibility Matters, Temporary Residence, Permanent Residence, and Citizenship. Whether a matter is straightforward or complex, our approach remains the same: focused preparation, practical guidance, and committed representation.
Our purpose is simple: to protect our clients’ interests, advocate with care, and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

A Message from Yaqoob Khan
Managing Director
Immigration is more than an application. It can shape a person’s future, reunite a family, restore stability, or provide a pathway to safety and opportunity in Canada.
At Salvera Immigration, we understand that clients often come to us at important and sometimes uncertain moments in their lives. Our approach begins by listening carefully, understanding the circumstances, and providing clear direction on the options available.
As Managing Director, my priority is to ensure that every client receives professional service, clear communication, and an approach tailored to their individual needs. Whether you are reuniting with family through Family Sponsorship, seeking protection in Canada, exploring Permanent Residence options, restoring your status, or addressing a complex immigration matter, our focus remains the same: careful preparation, clarity, and personal attention.
The name Salvera is inspired by the Latin word salvāre - to save, protect, and safeguard. Those values continue to guide the way we serve our clients and the standards we set for our work.
We are grateful for the trust our clients place in us and remain committed to helping each person move forward with confidence and a clear understanding of the next step.
